The Avenue Regent is a four star classified hotel catering to the needs of the Business Traveller and the Pleasure Seeking Tourist alike.
The Hotel is a relative 'babe in the woods' in terms of chronology - 4 years in the running - but our meticulous attention to the smallest of details has seen us make giant strides in the hospitality industry in God's Own Country - Kerala, India.
Today the Avenue Regent is a luxury 53 room business hotel which can confidently flaunt the slogan 'Setting Standards Few Can Match'. These are segmented into three types of rooms viz.
Complementing these rooms are a set of exclusive upmarket facilities like The Renaissance (a multi cuisine restaurant) and The Baron's Desk (the business center).
The Avenue Regent is only the first of a number of innovative projects of its holding company Avenue Hotels and Resorts (P) Ltd. Projects expected to be commissioned in the next year.
